Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and offered stunning views of the sanctuaries, although the toilet was a bit small for someone older like me. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, close to the Basilica, Grotto, and Sanctuary, with beautiful views of the river Gave. The dining options were comfortable, but I wished for a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with lovely views of the castle, the Pyrenees, and the river from my clean and very comfortable room. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us throughout our visit. The location was ideal, offering easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Lourdes, perfect for wheelchair users and walkers. The dining experience was satisfying but could use some menu variety. Overall, a great value for money choice in Lourdes.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff in a great location. However, the dining experience could be improved with more breakfast options. The price is reasonable, but there are additional charges for some amenities.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a room that offered breathtaking views of the castle, the Pyrenees, and the river. The small size of the room was a minor inconvenience, especially the tiny toilet and the challenging shower setup for an elderly person. Despite these, the separate toilet and bath facilities were wonderful for added comfort.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to the sanctuary and in a safe neighborhood. The rooms are designed to accommodate multiple guests but are a bit narrow for passing. The service is top-notch, with a personal touch. The dining options are plain but adequate, and the hotel facilities are convenient for a comfortable stay.
